A year later, under the license, the production starts in Kalisz (current headquarters) to meet the needs of the Polish and eastern markets. In 1994, a Polish-Swiss joint venture Big Star Limited is established and changed after a year into Big Star Limited, Poland, in which two thirds are Polish shares. Over the next twelve years the company has successfully developed its sales network in the country and abroad. At the same time, the participation of Polish capital in the company increased, which results in acquisition of 100% shares by the Polish shareholders in 2007 - Wieslaw Kostera and Bogdan Kaczmarek.
